City of Phoenix Short-Term Rental License
Every home in the City of Phoenix requires this license to operate a short-term rental. You must have a TPT License first and foremost. So, don’t start this step until you’ve received the AZ TPT License number.

If you have a wall surrounding your backyard, that counts according to our City sources
What about trash and pest control?
All of our homes receive regular pest control and trash-to-curb service as a requirement to operate.
